Location: The Borough – Downingtown, PA

Positions: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Hours Available

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting tables and managing service in a friendly, timely manner

  • Running food and drinks when needed

  • Bussing and cleaning tables efficiently

  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

  • Completing opening and closing side work

  • Stocking and restocking all stations (morning and night) to keep service flowing

  • Learning and knowing the food and drink menus inside and out, so you can confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations

  • Being personable and professional with guests and coworkers

  • Making coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, and other café drinks as needed

  • Staying aware of every table in your section and ensuring no guest is left waiting

  • Tying hair up in a bun if you are serving food

  • Following food safety and sanitation protocols at all times

  • Acting as the organizer of the guest interaction and the face of the experience — by greeting them, take their orders, and tailor the service to fit each guest

  • Giving every guest the best experience possible
