What You'll Do:
You need to know how to make drinks. During your interview, we’ll be asked what ingredients go into popular cocktails. If you’ve worked behind a bar before, this should come naturally.
Confident handling high-volume service and taking multiple orders at once
Can manage both bar guests and service tickets efficiently
Know the food, beer, and cocktail menus — or willing to learn fast
Clean, organized, and keeps the bar guest-ready all shift long
Personable, professional, and approachable with every guest
Positive attitude and strong floor presence
Solid common sense and quick thinking
Basic math skills — you’re accurate when ringing in and closing out tabs
High-character, reliable, and ready to work every shift
Keeps personal drama off the floor — focused and dialed in during shifts
Committed to consistency — cocktails should taste the same no matter who makes them
Willing to juice fresh citrus and prep house-made purées
Able to make all types of beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc.
