We’re looking for a Party & Event Coordinator who can bring energy, organization, and fun to every event — from birthdays and baby showers to rehearsal dinners and team celebrations. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to plan, execute, and elevate every party into a memorable experience.
What You'll Do:
Book and manage all in-house events from start to finish
Coordinate directly with the chef to plan menus, food packages, and timing
Communicate clearly with servers and staff about:
Type and style of event (birthday, holiday, communion, etc.)
Number of guests attending
Selected food/package details
Support event setup and breakdown:
Décor, table arrangements, signage, and food stations
Post-event cleanup and resetting the space for the next event
Create and install custom party décor, such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, and signage
Take and post high-quality videos and reels for social media (must be comfortable both on camera and behind it)
Promote and upsell party packages with food upgrades and décor add-ons (bonus eligible)
Need to be a pro at Canva and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, and Excel to create party menus, signage, and print materials
Promote special guests and events using the marquee and social media
Regularly update and refresh seasonal photo booth backdrops
Visit local schools, businesses, and organizations to promote party offerings
Help plan and promote our band schedule and live music events
Manage the front-of-house during non-party times and assist with daily operations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
Skilled in Canva and confident with Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable using social media — especially video content like reels and stories
Crafty, hands-on, and highly organized
Energetic, upbeat, and great with people of all ages
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High character, reliability, and a positive attitude
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and move party materials as needed
Compensation
Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year based on experience and skill
Bonus opportunities based on party upgrades and performance
